Any additional services not agreed upon in advance will be charged at additional rates subject to client approval.
2. Pricing and Payment

- The final price is determined before work begins.
- The client must pay the agreed amount immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- If the order is cancelled after the team arrives at the location, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
- Clients can modify or cancel bookings at least 4 hours before the scheduled service time without charges.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees at the company's discretion.
- If the client is late for the scheduled appointment, the company reserves the right to reschedule based on availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing access to electricity and water at the work site.
- Informing the company in advance of any existing damages or defects before work begins.
- Removing valuable or breakable items before the team arrives.
The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from undisclosed defects or pre-existing damage.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The company commits to exercising reasonable professional care during service execution.
- The company is not liable for damage resulting from natural wear and tear, delicate materials, or improper installation.
- In case of direct error by the team, liability is limited to repair of damage or compensation not exceeding the service value.
6. Warranty Policy
If the client is unsatisfied with the cleaning level, they may contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and the company will re-treat the area at no additional charge, provided no third party has intervened or the space has been used in a way that affects the results.
7. Delays or Unforeseen Circumstances
Appointments may be delayed due to:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Unexpected equipment failures
The client will be notified as soon as possible.
8. Website Usage
- Prohibited: Using the website for any illegal purposes.
- All content (text, images, logos) is owned by the company and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Privacy
